Natalie Portman is pregnant with her third child. This marks her first child with partner Tanguy Destable.
As of early Tuesday, the 44-year-old actress expressed her excitement. “Tanguy and I are very excited,” she stated.
Portman has two children from her previous marriage to Benjamin Millepied: son Aleph, 14, and daughter Amalia, 9. She split from Millepied in 2024 after more than a decade together.
Portman feels grateful for this pregnancy. “I’m just very grateful. I know it’s such a privilege and a miracle,” she shared.
She is currently enjoying her time in Paris, appreciating the spring weather. “In France, they consider full-term to be 41 weeks rather than 40, so I guess I get an extra week to be pregnant this time around,” she added.
Details remain unconfirmed about the due date or any other specifics surrounding the pregnancy.
Portman co-founded a production company called MountainA in 2020. She is also set to star in the absurdist comedy The Gallerist, scheduled for release in late 2026.
Additionally, she will appear in Netflix’s romantic comedy Good Sex, which is expected to come out in early 2027.
Portman’s journey has been shaped by her upbringing; she grew up hearing about fertility challenges as the child of a fertility doctor.
