Filming for the highly anticipated seventh series of Line of Duty has begun in Belfast. The BBC police drama features both returning and new cast members.
As of early Tuesday, production teams were spotted at various locations around Belfast. This marks the first filming since the series last aired in 2021.
The new season will see AC-12 disbanded and rebranded as the Inspectorate of Police Standards. This shift indicates a significant change in the show’s narrative direction.
Among the returning cast are Martin Compston, Vicky McClure, and Adrian Dunbar. They reprise their roles as Steve Arnott, Kate Fleming, and Ted Hastings, respectively.
