OpenAI is currently investigating the issue affecting its services. “We are currently experiencing issues,” an OpenAI spokesperson stated.

Some users expressed frustration on social media. One user tweeted, “Chatgpt down? Total history just wiped, can’t access any chat history…. @OpenAI”
